Dawn to dusk tee-offs raise blisters and 7k for Macmillan
We are delighted to announce that we have raised over £7,000 between this year and last years Longest Day Golf Challenge for MacMillan Cancer Support
Stuart, Gregor Wright, Ben Honeyman, Richard Dyce, Graeme Burns, Raymond Gillon, Andy Mather, Gordon Mathie and Brain Hamilton (duty boy) all completed 4 rounds of golf, that is an incredible 72 holes, in one day! They started at the crack of dawn at 4am and finished at 8.30pm.
Our huge thanks to both Scotscraig Golf Club and Ladybank Golf Club for supporting this and a MASSIVE thank you to everyone who has donated.
The boys all report that, despite the joint pain and the broken blisters on their feet, they are all keen to do it again next year.
